Raised in shallow tidal water and picked when it is ready. Every order is cleaned and packed by hand, with a short note on how to cook it at its best.
Delivery & keeping
Orders are picked and packed on weekdays and travel in an insulated box with a cold pack. Move seafood to the coldest part of the fridge as soon as it arrives, and cook it while it is still fresh.
If a box arrives warm or damaged, write to us and we will make it right.
